Long time E/SE and perennial FT lurker here.

Already phoned my admin asst to change two flights to Europe in Mar and Apr. I always paid the fare difference to use certs. MXP via EWR on CO instead of 872 to FRA...

They can put as nice a package as they want around these enhancements, it still stinks inside the box.
