Seriously, though, I love love love good kimchi. There's a pretty decent Korean restaurant in London near where I work, and I go by there to get a kimchi fix once in a while. They don't make their own though

Weirdly, the only place in London that I know makes its own kimchi is a steakhouse called Hawksmoor that makes it for their kimchi cheeseburger (which is scrumptious).
wow... kimchi cheeseburger sounds amazing... guessin' its not quite as damp as fresh out of the bottle... how does int integrate with the cheese is my question.
