1/2 fl. oz in real units is about 15 mL. Minuscule, and no more flammable than the hundreds of bottles of nail polish that pass in plain view of the TSA every day (as STBCypriot points out). I think the likelihood of the OP running into trouble for this is extremely remote, and if you want to criminally prosecute me for saying that, be my guest
