Not on this issue. But in general, when I have been back and forth with Bangkok, and they still reply out of the blue, I have had luck getting teh correct number of points sending an email to my local EB member service including the Bangkok nonsense answers. I guess that's not how the system is supposed to work, but that the people at member service take pity on me when they see the weird communication.
