Report implied ATC was asking pilot to line up and wait and the guy wouldn't turn off his phone, so they returned to gate, booted him off, then had to apply for another rwy slot. There are too many US flights between LGA to CLT with varying schedules to figure out what flight he might have actually been on...but beside that point, why the heck is a supposed famous movie star taking a crappy US flight to LEX anyway? Even Sully flies UA now...
