okay, all right. Now is the IE my default browser, but it doesnt work!! I get the error message again and again.

Alternatively, after you get the [ShellExecute] error Message, goto Start -> Run and enter
"%TEMP%\$KVS_AvailabilityTool_OpenURL.htm"
Then choose your preferred browser and make sure to select the "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" option.
Do you know the instruction for the Mac OS X Terminal??
