Hi Bill, in another thread we're discussing a problem that I thought would be worth pointing out: once a suite upgrade has been applied to a room reservation, your website doesn't necessarily display the reservation correctly anymore:

I had a case recently where a prepaid room reservation no longer appeared as prepaid (it appeared to have switched to a cancel by 3 pm 24 hrs rate, but the hotel still had the prepaid deposit on file, so it ultimately worked out okay)

others see no record of the actual suite upgrade having been applied, i.e., the room still shows as a standard room.
