One more option to try is the Fairmont at Coply place. Believe it or not, they are often less expensive than each of the Hotels you mentioned and it is a wonderful property.
Join their Presidents Club for free and you will be eligable for a host of benifits including suite upgrades at check-in, if available, for $25/night more than reserved rate.

FYI, I found a rate of $279 for a stay in mid-october and $189 for mid-december. I have seen rates in the last 6 months for as little as $139.
