Often I have to follow up at 12 weeks, and it takes a month or so beyond that. It is glacially slow. In addition, I usually receive less than half the points that I should, and they will not explain how they calculated what they gave me. It wouldn't be so annoying except that about half the flights seem to lose the number about the time that I board them.
