I'm currently trying to make a claim for my AKL-LAX-AKL flights last week. The new missing points tool is used if you click the link on the top tool bar, however if you click the link at the bottom of your activity page it reverts to the old missing points tool.
We’ve picked up that this link was missed when we made the new tool live, and will be rolling in a fix shortly.

Ironically all my domestic flights using UA, CO, & AA posted to my accounts within 48 hours. Not sure why partner airlines should credit to accounts faster than flights taken on NZ's own metal? :confused
There shouldn’t be any reason for your partner flights to be credited to your account faster than Air New Zealand flights – could you let us know your booking reference and we’ll investigate further
