He repeatedly gets embroiled in these controversies, to the point that he actually had to leave the board a few times becuase he had made such bitter enemies.

I recently criticized him for not learning from his past mistakes, but the shameful inaction of the board's leadership has shown that, in fact, he has learned exactly what the outcome will be. That those leaders will eventually punish the people willing to speak out against his incitant behavior, and he will return to his happy victimhood, looking for his next victim.
Is that one of the people you saw as somehow thinking they were special?
Who else could you have been thinking of?
