Yes there is. Any member whose behavior causes disruption on the message boards, either because of the tone and language of their posts or their attitude toward other members, may lose their posting privileges for one week. Members who become disruptive a second time are issued a one-month timeout. A third strike results in a permanent withdrawal of the offending member's posting privileges.

Are these terms not rather clear?

I hope that I'm not alone in hoping that the FT boards might rapidly return to civility.
