See if you can find award availability on LH F from SEA-FRA-SEA via the ANA tool.
For 100K each person via MR Transfer to AC you can LH F from SEA-FRA-ROM-FRA-SEA.
You can even make 2 stop-overs and combine various *Alliance airlines.
(The intra-europe flights are usually 2-cabin planes, so technically business).
Hope this helps! Go with F, you have enough miles and it is a bargain. LH product is far superior to CO, or US or UA, but those are other options for F for just 100K each RT. Again, purchase these using MR->AC.
And there is even a 5,000 point bonus promo from AC if you convert before Dec. 5, 2010 (see sticky at top of thread).
Endorse this approach vs. Delta. Delta is so stingy on "saver" premium int'l awards as to render them all but useless, IMHO. Wife and I recently flew IAD-CDG-VCE outbound (Paris stop) and BLQ-FRA-IAD return combining UA F, LH F and LH C for the various legs for 100K miles apiece through Aeroplan.
