That could be caused by posting a reply to an OMNI thread from a different Forum than you're seeing the listing in, which isn't spurring your Forum to update its thread count. In other words, if I reply to a thread from FT Travel, FT Miles isn't going to know there's been a thread update until someone posts to that same thread from FT Miles. Each Forum uses its own thread index script...
