I remember several months ago there was legislation considered by Congress that the AITs be used only as a secondary screening measure, and not as a primary screening measure. I'm hoping someone here has a better memory than me and can recall if it ever passed, the title of the legislation, and who sponsored it. Search isn't proving too useful as the latest uproar has generated too much discussion related to screenings and applicable laws. Thanks!
