Speaking of bacon... Costco recently stopped carrying their regular Kirkland hickory smoked bacon, replacing it with a low sodium version. It was a very good product and the price was amazing. It was pretty much the only bacon we have bought for ~18 years. So, in my quest to find a suitable alternative, yesterday I bought 8 different (mid to high end) brands. Let the bacon testing begin!
