I love bacon.

Prefer crispy over soft. Cooked in a oven or over a grill is better than frying it.

British round bacon is fantastic stuff.

Personal favorite is Hertel's Nitrate Free bacon, thick slice. Can't find it anywhere expect back home in Canada.

As much as the Chinese love pork, haven't found any local bacon that is tasty in China yet.
