At NBO there is a BA lounge, but it is pretty awful. I've only bothered to go there twice as I like to show up less than an hour before the flight and the crowded BA lounge is out of alcohol by then. I haven't tried the F lounge, but it's just a small room adjacent to the business lounge. It is also quite a long hike and set of stairs from the gate area.

If you have Priority Pass, you would be better served at the First Class shared lounge near the gate.
