And even looking at CR1s by the airline is so myopic. They have a new huge international network. Why are they pissing about over such inconsequential stuff (in the landscape of the airline), hacking off customers unnecessarily, instead of focusing on how to make customers want to choose UA for international travel? That's what happens when a glorified regional carrier CEO takes over a combined huge global airline.
Small ball. Inconsequential stuff.
Instead of focusing on customers flying int'l on UA, they are pissing off many 1Ks.
They even put a spin on this as a "benefit" --- typical CO style.
