The Nexus One is not T-Mobile branded though. It only carries the Google and HTC logos. I don't think the plan to sell it in TMO stores ever happened. The only purchase place (in the US) was online direct from Google. Not sure what the warranty policy is.[/QUOTE]
Its sold by google exclusively but the warranty and exchange policies are in line with T-Mobile's other phones policy cause T-mobile is the only exclusive carrier which can carry nexus one.
