All the phones which are T-Mobile branded comes with the one year warranty even if you buy it thru ebay so just call them and they will check the first use date on the phone and if its less then a year they will replace the phone for free.[/QUOTE]

The Nexus One is not T-Mobile branded though. It only carries the Google and HTC logos. I don't think the plan to sell it in TMO stores ever happened. The only purchase place (in the US) was online direct from Google. Not sure what the warranty policy is.
