I had one today for the first time in this round of appearances and I have to say that it was not as good as I remembered. The pork was tender, but anything that processed would have to be. It could have used some grilling first and perhaps the grill marks would have helped the aesthetics. The BBQ sauce was also a bit off from what I remembered...not all that tangy and definitely less sweet than I recalled. Things that did work for me was the softness of the hoagie roll, the pickles, and the onions.

Not sure that I'll have another one this time around. Maybe next time just to see if this was a one-off experience.
