Limo Express for example charges the same flat rate anywhere you travel in Bergen County. So whether you're going to Hackensack or Mahwah its roughly $100 bux with discount given to first time users. Similar story Bergen County to Manhattan, if anyone finds this useful. (
www.limoexpressnj.com or 800-221-2345) You can use a credit card for everything, and you don't need to do anything with the driver, everything is done online or over the phone, whatever makes you more comfortable.
Carey was owned by Ford Motor Company like Hertz, not sure if they still are... but they are one of the major worldwide players. Although they rely a lot of affiliates, so the car you are getting may not always be an in-house vehicle but a farm-out, typically a company that charges much less for their services when booked directly and not through Carey.
BostonCoach, EmpireCLS, and Commonwealth are some of the biggest players on the East Coast with really large fleet of new vehicles.

Anyone have experiences with Commonwealth? Or Boston Coach? I'm looking for car transfer from JFK to Midtown, preferrably S Class or 7 series, and I want a company on the higher end. Other suggestions would be welcomed too. Thank you!
