If you're asking for input from Flyertalkers then you're best bets are to: 1) use the Search this Forum feature at the top level of the TS/S forum or 2) use the Search this Thread feature in the Nude-O-Scope Opt Out Stories [merged] discussion. I'd suggest searching first on the more general term implant (singular) than the phrase breast implants. In both search tools you have the option of viewing results by thread or by post. By post is probably less frustrating as you don't have to scroll through whole discussions to find what you're looking for.
