Margo and I are flying SYD-USA-Brazil on Dec 16, and had planned to make it one long 30 hour, 15,000 mile day.

If perchance December 16 works for Randy and/or those organising count us in - we'll detour via any city in the lower 48 to be there for dinner, and re-ticket the Brazil leg.

Randy's announcment said - "I announce that I will be leaving FlyerTalk at the end of the year" so mid December seems pretty good timing before the Xmas 'silly season' sets right in!
