Well, I'd never had a McRib before, but took note of the newspaper articles and other fuss made this year. I was at O'Hare on Thursday waiting for a plane and there was a McD's right across from the gate. So I tried one.

Yuk. I love BBQ of all types, including ribs. I also like pork products like sausage of many kinds. But I thought this was pretty gross - don't understand the appeal.

I don't eat a huge amount of junk food, though I do like BK burgers (Whopper with mustard/lettuce/tomato/pickles only) and am ok with Wendy's burgers. There's something about McD's food that just doesn't appeal to me, including their burgers.
