I applied for the Hyatt Card via phone last Thursday. Got an e-mail yesterday that I should expect to receive the card by the end of the week. Today, one day later, I received a box that I thought must have included some extra perks. No, it was the Credit card(s) with very heavy fluff. I suggest that in the future Chase put the extra $$ into something more tangible. I'm not arguing about the two nights in a Suite as a Diamond member, but a simple business envelope would have sufficed.
