For the most part (not always of course, but for the most part) you get what you pay for with limos in NYC. The cheap options (under $50) are represented by the likes of Dial-7, the middle of the road (probably in the neighborhood of $75) by the likes of Elite (this is the one I use -- although I use public transportion and cabs 50 times for every time I use a limo service), and the expensive (probably over $100) by Carey and Dav-El.
