lets say I want to fly from Brussels - Singapore.

I want to find the flight with the most stops, if they count as a segment.

I would fly with lufthansa.
If you don't mind combining two separate tickets, try MUC-SIN on LH and BRU-MUC on LX. LX has excellent fares from [European country A] to [European country B] via Switzerland allowing extra domestic legs (within Switzerland) to be added, such as BRU-BSL-ZRH-MUC or BRU-ZRH-GVA-MUC. LX flights also count towards the 30 segments needed for FTL.

Are you planning on flying C/F or Y?
