Azrieli Center location has been open 2 1/2 or 3 years now. It is next to the Ayalon, or Route 20.


It is built on top of a modern day shopping mall, and includes everything you would find in a Western Mall. If you want to go out to eat, there is nothing immediately close, but only a short cab ride. There is a grocery store directly opposite the hotel, within the complex.

The only CP in Israel that I know of that gives automatic access to the lounge to Plats (or RAs) is Haifa near the Bahai Temple. The IC in Tel Aviv does honor RAs, and I have stayed there before. I am not stunned they didn't answer the phone.

Fred8ab, the employees followed company policy as you acknowledged. You said you want them trained - to ignore company policy because some other sites do? I think this could end upa big net loss if IC had to declare policy.
