Nothing to clear at all. The thing to worry about most, IMHO, would be weather or other delays affecting your PHL-JFK flight.
The only indication you may find of actually leaving the US is a potential document check at your boarding gate in JFK, but that's about it (to make sure you have a passport, and that, if you are a visitor on a visa, they collect that I94 stub).
