Yes, it is especially about lines 20-44.

1.) What is an EWA Agreement?
2.) Is there any way I can get the restricted remarks (RX)?
3.) What does the PNR say about who is at fault when we were denied boarding at AF. Here is the story:


We proactively rebooked our BA flight via their US Hotline when we heard that our flights were cancelled due to the FA strikes back in June. We were rebooked to AF/same day, but when we arrived at the airport, the AF agent told us that we had reservations, but no ticket number (or ticket endorsement). So AF denied us boarding (possibly rightly so), but who is at fault here? That, I hope to extract from the PNR.
