I assume "TravelZoo" bookings qualify for HH credit.
It's posted on travel zoo and the booking rate is also travel zoo's but the booking site is hilton.com and AFAIK the HH's T&C states that points/miles/nights/stays are earned for rates booked on hilton's own website.
It wouldn't hurt to call HH and ask.
