I have to agree on Top Pot! Found it by accident. Was walking around Seattle and the smell coming from Top Pot was fantastic. Stopped in for a donut and coffee. Then went back later in the afternoon. And again in the morning before heading to the airport.

Voodoo in Portland also rocks!

So, best 2 donut shops are in the Pacific Northwest.
