I don't eat out much in ANC so though I can rattle off names of restaurants, I have no personal experience with many of them. I do think however that your choices for food might be limited arriving that late.

For breakfast though I would strongly suggest the Snow City Cafe. It is walking distance from the Marriott. Expect a wait unless you sit on the stools at the counter. But the wait is well worth it.
