New here. what does one do with their Jet privelege points. We have tried 3 times to use them. Last time was trying to book a flight a month out. They said we had to send in a request. Then if approved would put us on a list and then we would be notified. How can one book an important business trip that way.......so husband asked me to look into how to get rid of these points.
