then in that case i seem to be having bad luck again and again with it comes to this group. They messed up my online reservation in Paris, then a month later, a hotel in NC refused to honor the reservation I had made on the website of Holiday Inn saying that the hotel is 'not yet' a part of the group. And now, my stay on which I have spent a lot of money is not getting posted after so many days and I have not received any replies so far in response to the countless emails to customer service. I prefer to email my issues rather than picking up the phone and usually that works but now I guess I will indeed have to call them up and check out what is going on.
