The story is definitely entertaining.

I think its BS but whatever.

If someone gave me an invoice, I wouldn't touch it, I wouldn't talk to the person, and if they obstructed my exit I would ask the FA to ask the person to please not assault me and call police if necessary.

Not legal advice just what I would do.
