How often does the ICE go down completely in longhaul?
Thought Id start a thread to see how many time the ICE goes off completely.

just completed a DXB-SYD on A380 8 hrs out the ICE froze after some time they said it was to be shut down competely.,

no
music, info, movies for over 4 hrs in all classes.
I understand if it happens on US airlines they go around and give MCOs
I saw none of that.
any idea of compensation?
