Programs: Northwest Airlines. MTA pay-per-ride Metrocard; zero-balance Oyster card.

Maybe they mean "all across the US" ?

Sadly, there is no Mickey D's in my city, and I don't have a car here to drive to one. I might *gasp* take a bus if I can ascertain that the nearest location has the mystery meat patty indeed.
