I have a problem with that; that is a legitimate beef and I do hope they respond because this is just not proper. Notwithstanding the fact that it should be fixed, it might be a common problem everywhere, I don't know.

Actually, it looks like there
was regard for your time in this case; consider yourself lucky. At most stations, you could have easily missed your flight.
