I guess you could argue that everybody imposes on others when they go out in public. People who talk loudly on their cell phones, people who throw cigarette butts on the ground, and on and on. I don't see kids being inherently more of an imposition. In fact, I personally find it more of an imposition when adults do something annoying than when kids do it, because adults (a) should know better (b) can control their actions.

By the way, is your post serious? "while your spawn shreik and cry"...? Seriously?
