Shenzhen is always worth a day to visit, window shop and even consider 2-3 hrs in a nice spa (totally legit family style). Catch morning train to LuoHu Station, visit a couple of the floors filled with knock-offs of everything; then go over to Hua Jiang North Rd. area where there are a couple of buildings with electronic stuff, and then over to Queens Spa [http://www.queenspa.cn/en/queen_en.html].

If you leave HK around 8 am, can make it back to HK for dinner
