Back up again .. now on new & improved hosting

Thanks for all the kind offers to help out with hosting!

I've needed this little push but I've now completed moving it to a new location ... http://www.slfft.org/ This one I'm paying for so hopefully won't suffer the same fate as the 'free' ones. We did get a good run for our money ($0) out of allhyper ..

Note that only the "current" 0.95022 link on that page works at the moment, I'll restore older versions if there is any requirement for them.
