I just tried making a dummy booking at another property with and without the G1 promo code and the rate remained the same.
That's what my experience had been so far... but not with this property.
Call the diamond desk or your private line agent and they will add it onto your reservation.
Yes, I know, but I am not so much concerned about that as I am about people being mislead into booking more expensive rates than necessary.
