Have you taken the time to write to someone in authority at AC asking for the "disclosure" of this life-changing information or are you simply content to vent online and wait for someone else to do it for you ? If the issue is that important to you......@:-)
Yes, I have written to AC for information about my total AC miles, total Status Miles and total miles since I joined. I have also asked for information about the million miler programme. I initially received an auto-reply e-mail that the information would be forthcoming in about a week. I then received a second e-mail saying that it would be another 3 weeks before I would received the information.
I prefer to know the rules of the game when I play the game. I respect your tolerance to play the game without knowing the rules of the game and it is a personal preference. It is neither right nor wrong.
