There is no conspiracy, just no transparency. We are all guessing until and unless the rules are officially released into the public domain, like some other airlines that offer similar million miler programmes. There are very specific eligibility rules for P, E and SE and these rules are published in Aeroplan's official web site. Please do the same for the million miler programme.
