I will then e-mail Miles and More and request that the miles be redirected to CO One Pass. In about five days the miles will appear in my One Pass account.
I was told they do not transfer to other accounts, even though that's not what I requested. I simply wanted them to release the miles, so that way I could tell Continental to credit them. They wrote me a letter saying they don't transfer miles, and of course now I'm frustrated.
So I wrote another letter and we'll see what happens. But I'll try an email approach as well.
