Just stayed here this past weekend and overall really enjoyed my stay. Did not get an upgrade because the hotel was practically sold out. Fronk desk agent was really nice and offered up two cocktails at the W bar since they couldn't provide me with an upgrade. I was on a points redemption. I actually preferred getting the cocktails over an upgrade since I didn't really need a larger room. Their grapefruit mojito was delicious. Would definitely come back here next time I'm in Boston.
