No, reward seats come from a different bucket. Click the upgrade reservation link on your PNR and then the milage upgrade tab. If it has a green checkmark next to your flight and says "seats available" call the elite line and get your upgrade!
Awesome, thanks for the info. Unfortunately they still say "Waitlist Only". Oh, well...I'm still keeping my fingers crossed.
